- This is a nifty new feature of NewIcons. Basically, if you take any
- (non-NewIcon) icon, and add this tooltype to point to another NewIcon
- somewhere on the system, it will automagically use the image from that other
- icon. The cool thing about this is that it can save lots of HD space
- (great for drawers and commonly used icons) and saves on chip RAM also.
- In addition, if you use a random file picking program, you can use it to
- change the look of your (for example, drawer) icons at each reboot by
- changing the "referred" icon to a different one.

- Yes, RTFM. Basically, it sets the "exactness" of the color choosing on
- the Workbench when it renders the icons.

- it in the first place.
